We present the results of two projects in which we have been participating in recent years. One is a PNRR project, AGRITECH National Centre, dedicated to the agri-food world to develop innovative approaches for grain traceability, the other is a national project to monitor contamination from a very dangerous class of pesticides.

CNR and the University of Tor Vergata, also in collaboration with the Sapienza University, have been collaborating for several years on these issues, sharing physical and engineering (CNR) and chemical (Tor Vergata) skills, and both experimental and theoretical experience, in way to develop multidisciplinary approaches to apply to complex topics and samples. As researchers, we are trained to develop new tools and methods for experimental investigation.
